Wire Sawing is ideal for removing large or awkward sections of reinforced concrete. Wire saws are capable of cutting through almost any structure regardless of how thick or heavily reinforced, such as large columns, beams and bridge sections.
A beaded diamond wire is fed through predrilled holes or passed around the structure. The diamond wire is driven at high speed through a series of pulleys and kept under constant tension. The diamond wire is then drawn back through the structure until the cut is complete. Very fast cutting, and relatively quiet.
