Diamond wire sawing, originally developed for quarrying, has become indispensable in the concrete cutting industry. Our wire sawing technique is extremely versatile and can operate in confined spaces. Controlled remotely, our skilled operators manage the cutting process from a safe distance. Once set up, the system operates swiftly, with a beaded diamond wire fed through pre-drilled holes or wrapped around the structure. The wire moves at high speed through a series of pulleys, maintained under constant tension, and lubricated with water to cool the system and suppress dust (dry cutting is feasible in certain conditions). Wire sawing is notably quiet and does not transmit vibration through the structure.
